Vote No on 1
Ballot Measure 1 would repeal new oil tax reform. Elerding will be presenting on behalf of the Vote No on 1 Coalition. His presentation will discuss the benefits of oil tax reform, and why the coalition believes that a repeal would be detrimental to the economy of Alaska.


Biography
Rocky Elerding was born and raised in Sitka and graduated from Sitka High School in 1995. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1999, and later returned to the UW to complete his MBA in 2008. Rocky worked for Capital One Financial in Seattle, WA and Richmond, VA for several years before coming home to SE Alaska to work for First Bank as their Mortgage Manager. Rocky has been with First Bank for the past ten years. He and his wife Dana now reside in Ketchikan where they are raising their three beautiful daughters. Morgan (age 10), Ava (age 8) and Ryan (age 5).
