About this Presentation
In this session, Michael Mausbach, Regional Catalyst for Workforce Development with Spruce Root and the Sustainable Southeast Partnership, will lead a conversation on soft skills, the personal and interpersonal qualities that help us communicate, collaborate, and adapt effectively in any workplace. Drawing on his experience in the nonprofit and private sectors, as well as in education and human resources, Michael will guide participants in identifying their own soft skills, reflecting on how these strengths show up in their work and daily lives, and discussing why these skills matter for career success and community impact. The group will also explore areas for growth, considering how developing certain soft skills can open new opportunities and strengthen both individual and collective capacity.
