Gorman will present an overview of Sitka's city services, budget, challenges, opportunities and the future.

Biography
Mark was with Southeast Regional Health Consortium for 22 years. In his position of vice president, he was responsible for the management and   administration of 12 departments, 300 employees, $30 million budget - providing comprehensive community health services in 19 rural Alaska Native villages in Southeast Alaska. Prior to taking his current position with the City and Borough of Sitka, he spent three years with Laos for World Education, a nonprofit, nongovernmental agency.
