Chamber Luncheon: Annual Membership Meeting

Weekly luncheons are held every Wednesday at noon. Enjoy great food, dynamic speakers, and exciting networking opportunities. Chamber luncheons are open to the public. Chamber members receive special member-only pricing.

2013 Board Elections
The purpose of the Annual Membership Meeting of the Greater Sitka Chamber is for the Sitka Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors elections. Board member terms are two years. There are currently 7 seats open.

Up for re-election:

• Ashley Eisenbeisz, Russell's
• Ptarmica McConnell, Shee Atiká, Incorporated
• Mandy Odenheimer, Alaska Airlines

New Candidates:

• Suzan Hess, Baranof Island Brewing Company
• Chris McGraw, ASRC McGraw Constructors
• John O'Brien, ALPS Federal Credit Union
• Rachel Roy, Sitka Tribe of Alaska

Each current dues paid member of the Sitka Chamber will be entitled to vote. Members may appear in person or by proxy. Proxy forms are available at the Sitka Chamber office at 329 Harbor Drive, Suite 212.  
 
10% or more of the membership must be present in person or by proxy at this meeting to constitute a quorum. Please plan to attend or submit a Proxy form right away! Your proxy must be received prior to the meeting to be counted.
