2013 Sitka Chamber Annual Holiday Lights Contest

It's time to get out the lights and create a holiday wonderland!  The 2013 Annual Holiday Lights Contest is here and today is the day that the judges will be out looking for the best of the best! Call in your own creation, or elect your neighbor’s, but be sure to let us know so that we don't miss you!

Residential Awards:
President's Award
Mayor's Award

Business Award:
Best Business Decorations Award

Judges:
The Sitka Chamber of Commerce Board President, Ptarmica McConnell, and the Mayor of Sitka, Mim McConnell.

Prizes:
Residential winners will receive red and white wine donated by the Odom Corporation and a turkey donated by Seamart.

The business winner will receive red and white wine donated by the Odom Corporation and a box of chocolates.

Winners Will Be Announced:
Winners for the 2013 Annual Holiday Lights Contest will be announced at the Sitka Chamber After Hours Christmas Party on Thursday, December 19th. 2012 Winners:
The Mayor's Award went to Dan and Karen Jones at 719 Sirstad Street.
The President's Award went to the Van Cise residence at 403 Verstovia Street.
The Best Decorated Business Award went to Bear Country Gifts & Coliver Shoes. Runners up were Harry Race Pharmacy & Photo and First National Bank Alaska.
